Yarraleen Preschool fosters a string sense of community by bringing families together through social events and seasonal celebrations.

We believe that having connection with the community is important for the development of a child’s identity and belonging, enabling them to feel part of society and to ultimately become active citizens within it.

Knowing where they “belong” enhances a child’s sense of they are and gives them the confidence to form relationships and to try new things. This, in turn has a lasting impact on their social and emotional well being.
